EATING CLEAN
Eating Clean can mean different things to different people, but in general you start with:
1. NO PROCESSED FOODS! All the middles isles in the grocery store.
2. Eat whole foods, which means ones that are not GMO's or have been messed with.
3. NO refined sugar. Only natural sweetness like honey or what already comes in foods.
4. When and if meat is included in this diet, it should always be NON tampered with... No injected steroids etc and grass fed etc.
5. Fruits & Veggies that have no pesticides or have been genetically modified.
6. Mainly pure PH balanced water to drink.
7. Nuts and all things natural.
Now, there is the Paleo Clean. The Paleo diet has a similar restriction on processed foods and refined sugars, but also eliminates all grains, legumes and dairy products. Salt is also limited or avoided on both of these dies, although unrefined sea salt can be used in moderation when eating clean.
